Outdated Gavril Scout RHD mod 1.1

I have added the info files for the new config files as a thumbnail. I have also added in optional rear fog lights. In Europe, vehicles have to be fitted with a rear fog light on the driver's side of the car. As a cost-saving measure, companies often simply replace the reversing light on the driver's side with a fog light, and that's what I've done here. The tail light with fog light can either be added to the right side (for RHD models) or left (for LHD models). Exciting!...
