Outdated Gavril Roamer Sport 0.10.0.0.1

Here's the Release Candidate for the mod's second official release! Here are the fixes I included in this release:

• Adjusted the remodeled section's Jbeam a little bit, bringing much improved collision, less skewing of the body.
• Adjusted the roof Jbeam for the Plus body. It should be much more stable now.
• Fixed the small trailer, giant flail, and other future towhitch attachments not being aligned.
• Fixed the front seats wobbling after a hard collision.
• Fixed the 3-link rear suspension having a misplaced "Hardpan" rod.

The final release will have one or two more bug fixes, so stay tuned.
