Another day, another update

- added upfit frame, alongside a cab body
- added upfits (flatbed, cargobox, rollback) alongside with the corrensponding loads
- remade all lights of the upfits (only for this mod)
- added corresponding configurations for the new upfit types

(Yes, the Transit inspired Recovery Truck is included )
