Gamer!'s Ultimate Pickup Parts 1.15.1

Today's hot fix kind of escalated into a small feature update, so we have:

- Added D-series ram plow from the MD-seires
- Added dually goliath 20x11 wheels in all 4 colors and different spacing dependent on tire width, including all 20x11 tires in dually version
- Re-did all goliath industrial tires to fit the new tire models, changing them in size as a result
- Added 750k total downloads celebration skin
- Added optional front bumper spacer mesh to cover up big spacings
- Added 3 new configs

- Increased D55 steering angle on regular steering
- Increased strength and rigidity on all goliath axles and all suspension part mounts
- Moved D55 front swaybar slightly forward to clear the engine
- Made D55 mudflaps more stiff to not clip into tires as much
- Added 8-speed manual shifter to late dashboard without center console
- Fixed D55 CEEP mod integration, fixing the engine position on longer front frames. However still only the D55 exhausts properly work
- Re balanced D55 frame weight to be generally lighter and better fit the frame lengths
- Fixed rear rear goliath rear steer long links being in slot of rear goliath rear steer suspension (I was confused too)
- Fixed goliath rear steer axle shaft joint props missing
- Fixed multiple D55 configs using the wrong shifter
- Increased strength of exterior roll cage mounts to frame and body parts
- Fixed textures of D55 heavy duty front bumper black and body color options

Regarding this, I separated all material files like a professional modder apparently should do, to hopefully get rid of all the on-going material and texture issues with other mods!
