Gamer!'s Ultimate Pickup Parts 1.11

Today's update is features multiple smaller additions:

- Exterior roll cages with customizable front- and rear ends, roof lights, and windshield bars
- 6x6 Goliath suspension
- Hydraulic steering for the Goliath suspension
- Rear steer axles for the Goliath suspension
- Tiny bed 6x6 parts (regular 6x6, but without the front part of the bed)
- Reverse portal axle hubs for 5-lug hubs (for lowering)
- 7 types of offroad tires for the 16x7 and 16x7 dually wheels
- Goliath heavy duty tires (industrial style tires, taken from the stambecco)
- 4 skins: Narrow double stripes, Half down colored, Half down colored with center stripe, Police livery








Further changes include:
- changed some configs to use the new tires
- increased exhaust smoke with exhaust stacks
- fixed special forces config not being police
- fixed goliath front axle shafts missing (but now rear ones are missing, because how do I move props with the slot lol)
- fixed zeta rear bumper attachment having wrong color
- finally removed goliath suspension hard travel limit
- fixed rear roll pan bugging on tiny bed frames
