Outdated French skins pack 4.5.5

Minor update including
-New flashing program for some lightbars (same as ETK 800 lightbar)

Wow, what an update ! After quite a lot of times, here comes major new skins like :

-GIGN / Customs / FD / Veolia H-Series
-Customs / Police / Gendarmerie 1996 Pessima
-FD / FD Commandement / Police / Gendarmerie / SAMU Roamer
-SAMU ETK 800
-Police Wentward
-Lot of configurations have been rebuilt
-Blue LED lightbar from @jschadle with custom flashing mode for ETK 800
-Blue flashers for ambulance cab

For the next update I will be more focused on public services / utiles...

Remake of all the configurations of the mod. Now the cars looks like on the pics

Tiny update today, just added 2 local police skin (including a local police traffic warden skin), a Red cross skin, an alternative Gendarmerie skin and a variant of a national police skin.

The next update should be about civil security.

Not a big update here just a small hotfix. A CRS skin has been added for the H-45, two Gendarmerie skin have been added for the ETK-800, a Vigipirate skin has been added for the D-15 and the Sunburst police skin has been fixed.
