Freedom Factory AI Races 2.5

-Added two races inspired by the "Tour of Destruction"
Barrel/Flag Pole Race. Derby vehicles racing a cross between an oval race and a figure 8 race. Race half of the oval but once every lap you have to drive around a group of barrels in the infield.
Skid Plate Race. Junkyard destined front wheel drive cars on the small oval. The catch is, instead of tires at the rear wheels, there are flat, metal plates.
