Outdated Flooded WCUSA 2.4.1

I owe you guys an apology. My "updates" haven't even changed anything... all the changes were in my cache. SO... get ready for a MASSIVE overhaul!

This update includes:
-A big reshade
-Big performance gains
-Mud
-Thunder
-Better reflections
-A weird glitch that makes all textures appear black. Open and close the World Editor (F11) to fix it.

This update took a while to get working, but now here we are!

And don't worry, I know it sn't in my cache. Just installed Windows 11 on my second drive. I installed BeamNG, opened the map and it loaded just fine!
