Experimental Flatheads for 4WD Bruckell Nine Hopper Swap 1.3

Requires 4WD hopper swap, adds the flatheads!

    I had made an error in previous updates that caused some things to not appear.

    This adds Vanilla (and an Early) Radiators to the 4wd frame, and corrects diesel engine values some to try to make it more realistic. Sorry mods.
