European License Plates Compilation 1.8

This update fixes all issues caused by the 0.24 change which added PBR materials to the FCV cars.

This version includes the following changes:

• Redone all RHD parts from scratch.
• The textures no longer rely on custom ones (all the mirroring has been done in the 3D files), which helps shaving more than 50% of the total mod file size.
• Added support to all official optional steering wheels with their own RHD slot while browsing wheels.

• Fixed incorrect rear yellow EU plate model shape for the Ibishu Pessima Mk.I and the Ibishu Hopper which caused clipping with the body
• Added rear yellow US plate options for the Gavril Roamer, Ibishu Covet and Ibishu 200BX (So you don't need to use the EU-Spec bumper just to have yellow rear plates in case you want to keep the US-Spec bumper and plates)
• Fixed non-existing front textures and missing rear textures in the US sized 1993-2009 french plates range

New Features:

• Added Swedish license plates covering all years from 1973 onwards.
• Added yellow rear plate support for all official cars, including stock US-sized plates (US cars mainly) so every official BeamNG car can have yellow rear plates no matter what car or type you might use.
• Added yellow rear plate support for the Hirochi eSBR.

• Updated all models and jbeams for the Euro bumpers for the 200BX, Covet, and Roamer.
• Added Euro bumper support to every rear bumper variant for the 200BX, Covet, and Roamer.
  
• Removed Euro front bumper for the D-Series (since posts can now be removed, it is no longer neccesary)
• Added RHD components to all Cherrier FCV cars including 8 pre-made configs for convenience.

• Added a Euro-Spec front bumper for the Gavril D15 so a front Euro plate can fit.
