Alpha ETK800 Facelift + Christmas tree lights 0.9

This mod adds facelift lights, bumpers, Christmas lights and much more to bring the ETK800 to 2023!

  1. Chrismas update!!!

    Added rear wheel steering, Christmas lights (1k+) and antlers to the car for the holiday season. Fixed some bugs (and added more probably)

  2. Minor ETK800 facelift update - bugfixes

    -Replaced png files with dds files
    -Fixed some BUT NOT ALL shading issues

  3. Fixed some bugs

    - Fixed bug in welcome lights that would lead to the counter adding up faster than the framerate, leading to welcome lights sometimes being left on. This was fixed by adding a check for whether the light counter jumped more than a single integer. Confirmed working down to 5fps.

    - Removed forced licenseplates from default configs.
