ETK Reworked Engines and Transmissions + I5 1.1

Added torque converters to the 2 automatic transmissions.
This update makes the 8a (petrol) shift lower but makes the 8a diesel shift slightly higher.
But the most important thing is that the locker now engages way lower.
This means no more hovering at one rpm on the 8a diesel (when driving slow).

And if you don't want these there is an option to choose one of the default converters.

This adds some features i was wanting to do but forgot:
Adjust soundconfig of all engines. (they all sound a bit different but nothing radicly different)
Ups the idle for i4 from 650 to 800rpm
