-added Special Rear badge
-revised existing configs
-added new PUR Twin Turbochargers (Made by @Angry_Bird )
-added new colorable interior colors
-added 3 lightbars
-3 new skins
-added PUR exhaust, with switchable Quiet and Loud mods (Thanks @LetsDrive537 for helping to fix issue)
-fixed some tiny bugs
-added locking diffs
