ETK 900-Series '18-'24 2.0

Alongside the 06/09 update, this update adds something more major than just a simple hotfix.

You can now see the 900 in traffic! (There is also a parked variant too, for both sedan and wagon!)

Note: The wagon has a lesser population value, due to it being a bit on the rarer side (Given that most beamNG traffic is coded as US traffic)

(it also does not use the new simplified system)

Made V12 exhausts their own slot, rather than being shared (this allows me to modify the exhaust sounds properly if i need to)
Fixed incorrect backfires for various tips
Added race ECU to V12
Fixed V12 sounding very much alike to an i3
Tuned sway bar stiffness of race (Sedan) variant
Adeded sequential gearbox variants to race configs+ Fixed limiter on wagon (Shouldnt happen!)
Fixed sequential clutch being on the left in RHD cars

--Adds unused front seatbelt buckles
-Fixes Italian light bar being mispositioned (Kombi/Estate)

Fixes potential conflict w/ etk k-series gt-iv, making it use sport tires
