Added simplified variant of the 900 under new Simplfiied vehicles. It also fixes the population issue of the car being too common due to it being previously classed as its own vehicle.

^ This update adds a version of the car, with a very basic interior, and low-res textures to be less taxing on performance when used with the traffic mode.​
