ETK 800 Ute 2.04

Fixed a bug where the LHD dash texture gets broken when the rear window breaks.

Fixed a bunch of stuff like gauges being broken and added interior collisions.

Fixed the broken interior camera on RHD utes (due to a 0.28.1 change) and finally fixed the incorrect gauges (which was the beamng devs' fault)

I was just gonna fix up the mod for 0.28 but then I kinda just got carried away adding things. So here's a revamp.

Major changes:
- Car is fixed for 0.28
- New ttSport widebody kit + configs
- New "Cross" configs with cladding, inspired by the Holden Crewman Cross
- Revamped most configs
- Tailgate now has latches
- AWD for Bastion engines
- Addition of most of the new parts added in 0.28:
Gauges, roll cage, seats, cladding, openable doors, lights

Smaller changes:

Fixes the car being unable to drive in 0.26, and adds back the original ETK 800 taillights which were changed.
Changes:
- Added odometer
- Animated shifters
- Fixed 858 configs having the wrong body
- Slight tub cover texture change
- Now working perfectly in 0.26.1
