Outdated ETK 1300 11.6

Hello, back again with another update. Not sure if i can pinpoint any exact changes in this log, as everything has been touched.

Tweaked the weights of the car, separated the painted and plastic variants into a trim rather than having different panels for everything, added the new lightbar so its being used and all its flares, upsized rims, screen from vivace and EV parts.

Its not a final update but rather a major update needed to enjoy the car after some neglect, will come back and make a proper update later.
