It appears that the fonts used as a base had some differences with actual plates. Hopefully it's better now. Also, some tinkering with generators should give now somewhat more accurate results.

Fixed some issues with fonts, such as sixes and nines being totally wrong.

Small fixes. You know, the ones you only see after clicking submit
After submitting the initial file, I saw some glaring mistakes, which needed fixing. Such as US-style old plates having no gap in the generator, too small character limits (preventing the vanity plates) and so on. And just for fun, I added the military and presidential plates.
