Experimental Engine Impact Fires 1.0

Re-enables SelfIgnitionCoef on vehicle engines so they can catch fire from crashes again

This mod brings back the ability for vehicle engines to catch on fire from various factors such as impacts that involve a lot of friction and oil states depending on if you keep driving with a oil leak. Or even a crash had already occurred that caused a rise in temperature not yet started a fire but progressed because the engine reached oil starvation.

The way it works is completely random and based on the vehicles collision structure to the engine so more densely packed engine bays will have a little more chance at not catching fire from a impact compared to others. The friction values are based on the engines node points and when these are hit they generate hits and the Coefficient scales to the friction received. I also threw in a factor of the vehicles make and year so depending on the year of the vehicle will make it more or less likely of catching fire

    Mod Showcase:

A impact may generate more hits to the engine node but that doesn't mean it will automatically start a fire it depends on if the node was hit in a way it was also dragged along the surface of what got hit.

There are also additional messages to the Utility Apps messager to try and fit the base game which trigger at the engines smoke point and flash point values which are what cause the engine to smoke or trigger a fire.

The mod goes off whatever values the vehicles are already set to so some have a smoke point at 650°C and flash at 700°C and some have 650°C for smoke and 800°C for fire
