EMG Viking 2021 1.1

Designed to pillage every lap record on every asphalt track (6:56 on Pikes Peak)

    Hi everyone :)

I present you the EMG Viking, a monster of performances that makes my ModRec RX299 completely obsolete:

I don’t have so much things to say about this car. It has an insane grip, lots of aero, a large range of available power, a customizable N2O system, 4 different configurations to be useable with all kinds of controllers… I think the best thing I can say is: test it by yourself, you will understand what it means to drive a prototype which can climb Pikes Peak in less than 7min :p

Important note: For experienced drivers, it can be extremely interesting to deactivate the ABS to unlock the full braking force of this beast

    Credits:
    • @Halcyon80: He is the one behind the custom ESC and the modification of the aesthetic of the tires, if they look like real slick tires, it’s all because of him!
    • The tires have been edited to provide approximately the same grip as the one of the FR17 mod

And, like always, feel free to give me any kind of feedback!

much better than i expected very easy to drive even with the full power its almost impossible to spin out the only thing is that it doesn't drive like a real formula 1 car but still very good mod

      Thanks mate!

Tbh, I never played any F1 simulation, and I didn't follow any of the FIA regulations for the Viking, so I guess it can explain why the handling is different from a F1 car ^^'

Awesome machine :) Tyre texture should be changed so that it's more slick, but well done!

      Thanks man!

I maybe have a way to change the tires textures, but I will have to do some experiments ^^'

r u sure this an automation car?

Yes I am! Even if I have done a lot of work ok the Jbeam files, it still is an Automation car. Bit, believe me, you don't want to try the stock export of this car, with its bugged hitbox, the awful engine, the tires which are not strong enough to handle the load and simply explode when you take a corner with a speed higher than 250kph... XD

10/10 on looks and 9/10 on handling (cuz Im a bad driver XD) It handles better than I expected, even from a car from this type! Only thing is the uncontrollable oversteer (which, oddly enough is very realistic for F1) but is still kinda annoying XD.

      Thanks for your review!

This is why your ESC is so useful XD
I mean, with the practice, I can easily drive it without any assistance now, even without the ABS (the only way to reach a time under 7min on Pikes Peak), but I think it's better to train a bit with the less powerful configs :P
