This mod add a slicktop setup to the Grand Marshal !

    To activate the wig wags use the lightbar mod key !

    It also add a LAPD inspired police skin !

    For 4 stars. The front lights of the LAPD slicktop car don't flash like that. The left headlight flashes 2 times, then the right headlight flashes 2 times..
