Beta DSC Scarab 0.6

Hey team, here's another Scarab update, quite a big one this time!

In this version you'll find a lot of changes, including new chassis options, redesigned suspension(shocks now mount to LCA), all new drag config and chassis, bug fixes from the last update, and many other things.
