Dry Van Beamazon Trailer Skin 1.1

Similar to my H-Series skin, I've failed to keep this updated with the game, and thus it broke around the PBR update.

Here's a little QoL patch to the skin to get it working again.

In addition to fixing the skin, I've also added a variant for the 28ft trailer, as well as adding saved configs to easily select the trailers (with loads).
