Beta DriverTech's Chopped Fenders 3.0

Added new alt variant of the the Wide Cut Fender, this version keeps the same length, but cuts out a hole in the top of the fender to allow your wheel to travel higher when taking large jumps and drops

Small update, Added New Wide Cut Offroad quarter panels for those who prefer that style. Cut the exact same as the dove fenders due to lack of jbeam skill

I have a better model ready to go for the next update, just needs a Jbeam
