Beta Diesel Performance Parts 1.2

Added the rest of the mufflers and a Stage 2 and 3 version of each.
Stage 2 is slighty less restrictive and less aggressive in volume.
Stage 3 is a even less restrictive system with a louder volume then Stage 2.

Added Stage 3 exhaust which will added about 10 to 15 ftlbs of torque.

There is a supercharger now available this does have a issue currently with clipping through the turbo on the diesel block. Currently my 3d modeling skills are lacking but do have plans in the future to make a detailed twin charged system with supercharger and turbo. for now you can use RK's twincharge resource to achieve this result. https://www.beamng.com/resources/turbo-everything-twincharge-everything.9592/ Either way hope you guys enjoy this
