Beta D-Series More Engine 1.0

I have added 2 more Engines to the Pickup.

6.2 Liter V8 Diesel
and
3.6 Liter Boxer Petrol

and a new manual 8-Speed Gearbox incl. a new Flywheel
the mod does not overwrite anything, it really adds the engines and transmission
