D-Series Long Flatbed addon V2.0

The long-awaited fix is here, I've added support for loads, updated the jbeam of the flatbed, and added a trailer long bed frame while I was at it.

This update also brings something which I feel like was always missing from the base game, a crew cab upfit frame.
