Beta D/H/T-Series Upfit Tow Hitches 1.5

- Reworked the Tseries upfit tow hitch in the same way as its smaller siblings, rear step thing can now be removed and a regular receiver attachment can be used
- Added a new rearbumper with towhitch for the Hseries Bus mod from Dummiesman: https://www.beamng.com/resources/gavril-h-series-type-a-bus.24930/

- Split off the rear step thing, so it can be taken off
- Added a regular receiver hitch option replacing the rear step thing
- Added pipes as a load for the upfit, good luck hauling the heaviest option

- Added T-Series upfit options with tow hitch
- Separated all receiver balls from the upfits, making it possible to add other things in the tow hitch slot

Upfit tow hitch is no longer a option in the frame tow hitch. This is due to the Upfit tow hitch showing up also on regular Van/Pickup and Roamer frames.

Flatbed and Cargobox with Tow Hitch are now a separate Upfit option.
