Beta Custom Tachometers and Boost Gauges 3.0.1

This update bring ssome changes to the current UIs:

• Added in the fuel and temperature as bars on the inner part of the tachometer UI
• The font has also changed to something much more readable - it may change again, but for now, it is much better and cleaner
  
• The tachometer UI now hides itself when a vehicle that has no engine data is spawned (such as trailers)
• Major cleanup of the code behind the scenes - some small changes can probably be noticed due to this, most...
