Custom Tachometers and Boost Gauges 3.2.0

This update adds a new pair of apps: Arcentric.



This theme is arc-focused in its design, and contains all the usual information on it. All user settings on previous versions will continue to work with this update - when you use these apps, your settings will simply be updated as normal .

I previously did say I was going to stop adding content to this mod, however I will likely add content as and when at this point (since actually spending the time to get my local developer environment not to be annoying, this mod is actually nice to work on!). There's plenty of designs I have that are just sitting around that I may get to at some point in the future. I'm also trying to make each theme feel different from one another, and minimise the overlap between them.
