Beta Crown Vic Race Parts & Skin Pack 1.02

I had to Remove Most of the Older Bumpers from my old Bumper Pack Due to them Not being Modeling right. Along side Major Jbeam issues. With this Update i added The front/rear Bumper from the BX to the Crown Vic. I have been having a few issues with the bumper not being able to take Hits with speed and it killing the steering. Im not sure what the issue is. i hope this last Beam update will fix it. The hood also had a slight issue with Popping up so often so i removed them Beams/Nodes so we can Run races without the hood up after takin a hit. Also had a Somewhat great to add AI Tires. So People like myself can run AI Races and not have to worry about the AI Coming down cause they dont know how to drive. So i gave the front/Rear wheels around 70% more Grip than Stock Race Wheels.
