(Covet) More Engines 1.11

It has been a long time since the last update, but here it is!

- Updated the turbos with the recent update of BeamNG.drive
- Improved the ST4 IO4, V18EC 34, B72 86E and the R3 EA111
- Improved the headlights of the cars (other than the 160D and 180 TDi, as they are old and cheap)
- Improved steering for a more realistic feeling

I am planning on making a V6 engine for the covet and also customs gauges that go over 8000rpm for the VLEC and the B72 86E for the next update.

This update took a long time to come because I've released the games for a moment, but there it is and with a new engine :

- Added the V18EC 34.
This engine uses the VLEC Technology (Variable valve Lift Electronically Controlled), a variant of VTEC. It has a DOHC with 16 valves.

- Improved sounds of the 3 cylinder
- Added customs clutch
- Fixed vehicles not spawning with wheels/gearbox
- and more ... (I cannot remember what's new because it's been a long time now ..)

This update was really hard to make for me because of these flexbodies and I have a lot of work outside the game.
