This update improves the AI. They can now drive around the map mostly without crashing. I have also added more houses as well as further smoothed the roads. The terrain is also smoother around the houses. I have changed the streetlight color to better match the color of the glow-map. The lights under the gas station now cover more area.

Minor Fixes and improvements
This update fixes trees that where blocking the road because they were too low. It also turns on the day night cycle. I have also made the windows of the buildings glow. I have fixed the issue with the ornate building changing color when viewing it from far away.

Vegetation performance Improvement
This update better optimizes the vegetation. I have also changed the color of the water a little. I have also added some road decals at the transitions from paved to dirt roads.
