CJD Special Tunes 3.8

Thanks to @daddydante88 and his beast PC, I have shiny new thumbnails so major thanks to him and his help.

Additions:
- All new thumbnails
- 1.4L I4 engine for Miramar and Covet
- 2.4L I4 engine for 200BX, both Pessimas and Sunburst
- Sunburst Offroad Special now uses 2.4L I4
- 4.2L V8 engine for Bolide
- AWD for Bolide

I know its a smaller update but I've got some bigger things in the works. Just as soon as I understand how suspension geometry works.
