CJD Special Tunes 3.8

Disclaimer:
I was in the middle of updating all the cars in the pack so some cars are in various states of update but there should be no major issues with any of them, this also means that some cars might not have configs visible, they are there but you might have to go through the save/load menu instead of the normal vehicle selector, they will all be listed under 'CJD Spec' these configs are the new ones some cars still have the old 'CJD Special' configs these will work fine but are subject to change.

Updates:
- Barstow, Moonhawk, Miramar, Covet, Bluebuck, 200BX, ETK800, ETK-K, ETK-I, Grand Marshal, LeGran, Pessima (new), Vivace, SBR-4, T-Series, Bolide, D-Series, H-Series and Roamer have all been updated or overhauled.

This includes:
- New engine parts for both my engines and base game engines
- CJD Performance intake which gives access to more custom parts
- Selectable speed limiter under ECU
- Fixed supercharger pulley options
- Turbocharger wastegate options
- Fixed engine blocks
- DCT added to cars that didn't previously have it
- New differentials/transfercases
- Pessima (new) has functional AWD and RWD for the first time in a while
- Vivace has custom Drivemode called 'Preposterous' under my custom DSE
- New CJD Active suspension with custom setting for new Drivemode
- Bolide has a new engine currently listed as 4.0L V8 MKII as the old one still exists.
- New automatic gearbox valve bodys; Drag, Manual, Semi, Auto. Each has different shift times/efficiencys
- Modified steering to be quicker or have more angle and in the case of drift steering less ackerman
- Miramar has new exhaust sound for 2.0L I4 (still unfinished)
- Barstow has Idle controller option under ECU to adjust RPM and roughness (still needs some fine tuning)
- wheels/tires have been completely redone; Adler Dragger 15X12 and 15X14, Civetta Competizione 15X12 and Clockwise 533 17X12 have been ported to the front.
- A whole lot of tires have been remade with; Racing Slicks, Super Sport, Super Terrain, Super Crawler and Super rally varients
- The T-series has Sport, Semi-Slick and Racing tires
- general bug fixes and improvements; naming, headings and subheadings in the tuning menu, etc.
- Stuff I definitely forgot
