Civetta Scintilla Manual Steering Wheel 1.3

This mod adds a vanilla steering wheel to the Civetta Scintilla, but without the shifter paddles. This enables improved aesthetics for manual configs as added by some mods.

The manual shifter in the attached images is from the "Civetta Aurora" Mod by corvettesting.
