Civetta Bolide Custom Sound 1.4

I lowered the volumes a little bit for the files and it sounds significantly better through my speaker and my headphones.
Still loud as heck, though.

Hopefully whatever issue some of you were having with files not being able to load should be fixed. I directly took the working version of 1.2 that I was using in my own game and rezipped it. I hope this helps!

The changes made are:
-Faster idle, along with a higher pitch
-Higher pitched low and mid rpm sounds
-Slightly lower pitched rev limit sound, along with a modification as to when this sound plays
-Files in the .zip folder are as they should be, with the first folder being "vehicles"

I adjusted the pitch of the sound to better fit the motor.
