Beta Civetta Bolide Cabrio V2

Update for 0.9.5
This update doesn't add new stuff but changes a lot of "old" stuff:

• Body Jbeam has been remade from the new super body jbeam, it is stronger as the previous version and more realistic (I think).
• Tailcone Jbeam is also new.
• Tailgate Jbeam has been changed so it works better with the updated body and tailcone jbeam.
• Made rollbar and windscreen stronger.
• Fixed UV-Mapping of the body so no more ugly parts on the side, there are still some ugly spots but...
