Beta [CEEP] Classic Engine Expansion Pack 1.6.0

The time has come to release this patch out of wip and make it public
so here's whats new:


GENERAL:
-Added Oil Coolers
-Added Mushroom Filters
-Added Perf 4-barrel Carb vor V8's
-Added Variable Blower whine Volume
-Updated I6D exhaust sound with the T-series one
-Updated Late turbo model with the T-series one
-Updated Stack intake filter on NA intakes
-Updated Race & Dry Sump oil pans
-Fixed engine cooling lines stretching when body is ripped from frame
-Other Minor changes and fixes

MOONHAWK:
-Renamed GHX parts to GH
-Added dashboard trim (in additional parts slot)
-Added GH/S config (Credit for the idea goes to tankcatapult118)
-Added normal GH front end and some general improvements to it
-Fixed broken 'Mohawk' config

BARSTOW:
-Added dashboard trim (in additional parts slot)
-Added 353 cui V8

BLUEBUCK:
-Added Colorable engines (the barstow & moonhawk will also get em later on)
