90 NEW configs and many more revamped

Finally got around to working on this mod again! Here's a list of all changes:

-Updated all configurations for the newest version of the game
-Added many new configs
-Thumbnails updated
-Descriptions and info added to all configs

I'm very excited to get the best version of this mod out that I've ever made.

Sorry for not updating in a while but I have been very busy with school and family so I hope you understand.

So it's come to my attention that vehicles aren't showing up in the vehicle selector, but it is a very easy fix all you need to do is: settings>user interface>show custom vehicles in vehicle selector and just check the box off and the cars should be there.

This is made of configs of vanilla parts swapped out or tuned
