Canadian License Plate Pack 1.2

I got bored and made a new BC plate from scratch. New background, new and improved font, realistic number generation, and the flag is no longer baked into the background.

Me and @osyu46 have agreed to combine our work, making more organised and complete US and Canadian plate packs. Here is his Ontario Veterans' plate, now part of the Canadian Plate Pack. I plan on making more of these for the other provinces.

New font for Manitoba, Newfoundland, New Brunswick, and eventually the Yukon.

Minor adjustments to British Columbia's text spacing and positioning.

What do you guys think of this one? I obviously can't make a bear-shaped plate so I decided to make the background black. Best solution I can think of for now.

Decided to get Québec out first due to popular demand. I'll admit it's a bit of a rush job but I've been really busy (hence the slow updates). It uses the default plate font for now and technical limitations have prevented me from including the bottom sticker wells, but both will be fixed when I get the chance, I promise! Thank goodness for beta tags
