-fixed a jbeam and json related error (all jbeam and json files got wiped for some reason, most likely a repo related problem), mod should no longer prevent vehicles from spawning

-fixed wrong XY coordinates on Olympic plates

-Added CA exempt plate



-Added more period-correct Black and Blue plates



-Improved font quality (better diffuse and normal maps - letters and numbers now have the correct thickness and colors remain the same when viewed from distance)
