I softened the attachment beams from the cape to the tailgate so they no longer jiggle. I also weakened the beams so it is actually reasonably possible to have the cape break off if it snags on something.
May do more stuff soon, but I've been busy and lacked motivation to bother.

Naming conflict resolved
Changed the name of "materials.json" to "cape.materials.json" per a request from @Car_Killer. This is posted as an update, but will wind up being the initial release unless there are further problems. Fingers crossed lol.
