Outdated Burnside Racing Parts 1.0416

I found there's a rear sway bar in the official burnside.dae so I tweaked it and made my version of it.

• Added 313 CUI 'Turbo-Fleet' V8 Engine (Tuned), this uses the internals and the intakes of the 423 CUI V8
• Added 423 CUI 'Megathrust' V8 Engine (Lightweight), its engine inertia is lightened
• Added Live Axle Rear Suspension (Tuned)
• Added Race Rear Sway Bar (Tuned)
• Updated config settings and info
