Experimental Bowling Ball 0.3

I started getting fatal lua errors with another mod that had no external camera, and those errors went away when I put the camera back. So, I'm going to restore the external camera to the cannon ball in hopes that this will prevent this error.

It's worth noting that the Camera Settings has a checkbox to turn off camera adjustment when vehicles couple together. That's the better way to address the bowling ball camera issue.

This update fixes the issue with the chase camera following both the tow truck and the bowling ball once the truck picks up the ball. This was accomplished by removing the camera built into the bowling ball.
