Bluff Bash Ultra 4 Short Course Off Road 2.13

accidentally created a folder structure that doesnt work so well with RaceMP, this update fixes it.

there is one less corner to cut now.

more honesty when exiting short course for the ultra 4 stendo part...

• fixed a couple potholes I found
• New track sponsors are in place now

• Completely re-did the short course portion of the map
• Rocks removed from infield so its driveable in short course vehicles
• Tweaks made do the ultra 4 extendo loop to separate it from the rest of the map

gravity set back to 9.81 by default.

realized the dirt looked weird because I copied a terrain wrong, finally fixing this on all my maps now, hopefully no more weird boundaries.

some stuff was pointing at the wrong spot and may not have shown up if you didnt have my other maps installed, should be fixed now.

SURPRISE! new stuff in the dunes.

nothing too major, but after running more laps, I found some rocks that were a little too snaggy on the last hill, they were adjusted or removed.
