Adds configs that probably should've been in-game already? Yessir.

    • Removed "130 Bellezza Italiana" config.
    • Added "150 Luxe" configs with special "Bellezza Italiana" config.

    • Redone "Regulier" config. Now with a lower redlining V6 and a 4-speed Automatic.

    Cherrier FCV
    • Removed "Obsidienne" and "Cupsport" configs.
    • Replaced "Vivace French Workhorse" with "Tograc 110Q French Workhorse".
    • Added "Vivace 190Sd/230S Vacation Edition" configs to parallel the "Émoussé 230S Vacation Edition". (I was granted permission to create these configurations from Shadows, the creator of the Cherrier Émoussé. Kudos to Shadows and his wonderful Émoussé mod for the FCV, highly recommend checking it out on the repository!)
