Big Brake Kit For D-Series 5.2.1

I'm happy to say I have gotten this mod fixed completely minus Gamers Mod Pack Stuff (its a WIP i removed it until then)
I have also added scintilla brakes to the ETK K-series and the Cherrier FCV.
This Mod will now include Big Brake Kits for other vehicles.

I've added even more customization to all brakes.
All StopinPowa Brakes, Customizable Race, Drag, and Drift brakes.
Now have drilled or slotted rotors.
Brake hubs now rotate with the Customizable Race and Drag brakes
Drift brakes now have mounting tabs for both calipers
Scintilla Hand brake calipers now have mounting tabs

Now Supports @Gamer! Ultimate Pickup Parts 6x6 and Goliath

--Added Brake glow to Goliath and 6x6 brakes. They are separate brakes in order to work after updates.
--Made parking brakes optional on scintilla brakes

Should fix the texture issues with the scintilla and ETK brakes but IDK.

This update includes a whole bunch of customization to the StopinPowa brakes, race brakes, and more.

--Race Brakes are added:

• Caliper Color Options (RotoPad Branded and Unbranded)
• Caliper Location Adjustments (In the tuning menu under brakes options from 0-360 degrees around the hub)

This update adds brake glow to all versions. It does require @Inn0centJok3r Brake Glow Mod to work properly. (You will get glowing no texture rotors with out it)

All StopinPowa kits come with Drilled and vented rotors and race brake pads.
