Update 1.8



Added the following liveries for 4 pre-existing services:
Belasco City Police Department - Stambecco LAPV, Gavril Scout
Belasco County Sheriff's Office - Hirochi SBR4
Belasco City Fire Department - Autobello Stambecco
West Coast DOT - Gavril Scout, Gavril Vertex, Autobello Stambecco (Car Carrier)

- Turned the BCSO H25 into a Forensic Unit
- Refreshed the BMA Criminal Investigations config & livery
- Changed up the rear of the BCPD Roamer liveries where distortion was occurring
- Updated the BCFD Aurata Thumbnail
- Added Unmarked D-Series, H-Series, Pessima MK2 and Lansdale configs
- Fixed a major issue where many configs in AI traffic would behave like civilian vehicles
- Removed the unused WCDOT Blocker D-Series files
- Other changes & fixes
