    Added the following livery for 1 pre-existing service:
    Belasco City Fire Department - Hirochi Aurata (UTV 1, Search & Rescue)

    - Fixed the formerly colorable Crown Vic skins with help from @Justin_2008
    - Added a Sport ECU to the BCFD D-Series
    - Removed the unused Gavril Scout files
